You are making my day Nick!

I've been stuck in an hotel room for a week right now (for work) and checking for new planes is the lone ray of light down here...

Keep it up and again many thanks!

Unless anyone else has some designs they'd like me to do that's probably all the CS specific planes I do for the moment, don't worry I'll do some more but I need to catch up on the historical aircraft that people have been suggesting, some of them are just as weird as the CS ones :D

The Bristol Balmoral and its larger cousin the Somerset would be interesting if you could do them.

Yes, I agree, though I am not going to be buying minis for a few months at least, the Balmoral is one that I would be interested in when it comes time to shop.

Have you considered creating a model based off the BV-38 Flying Wing from Indiana Jones: Raider of the Lost Ark. The dateline in the movie is close of that to Crimson Skies. http://myhobbycraft.blogspot.ca/2010/05/bv-38-flying-wing-172.html

it close to the design of the Northrop flying wings

I always loved that plane from the first time i seen the movie...

Sorry, both the Balmoral and Bv-38 are clearly owned by modern corporations and could not be handled by a commercial printing service unless they were properly licensed :(

However both the Heron and my Egret are inspired by the Bv-38, I could probably do a 2-engined version of the Egret if people wanted but it would have a flush upper wing, not the (structurally and aerodynamically senseless) stepped profile of the Bv-38.

I could also do a model of Patrick's Somerset but probably at 2/3 scale so it could double as a 1/200 prototype or a 1/300 full scale model. At full size in 1/200 it would probably be more than 20cm/8in across (this is one reason I've not done the Northrop YB-35).

Hi Melphas,

I hope they print all right (they should be OK but it's hard to be certain).
Please let us know what you think of the models once you receive them and any modifications that may be needed.

As to finishing off the Z&B planes I've only got the F-37 Special and Seraph to do of the smaller aircraft. I don't think Zeppelins are feasible (but gondolas might be) and for the larger bombers I need some dimensions so I can scale them properly (probably to 1/300).

Got a good order placed from you

The Westland couldn't be printed, but no biggy, it wasn't an important one.

I'm liking the Blohm and Voss offset cockpits. Was almost gonna make them myself by scrapping togetehr planes, saved me the work!

I might scrape up and see if I can draw/make 3D of a few designs to send, but real life's busy right now ;)
