CS Stories for Amazon Kindle

Postby BlackJack » Thu Jan 27, 2011 4:39 am

Aloha All,

I wasn't sure if I should put this in the Tall Tales area of the forum or Programming... LOL - Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has or is interested in Crimson Skies books/stories/Spicy Air Tales in Kindle format?

I've converted a couple already, which are...

Spicy Air Tales: Case of the Phantom Prototype
Spicy Air Tales: Genghis Khan & the Manchurian Gambit
Spicy Air Tales: Diamond Deception

Presently converting Spicy Air Tales: First Knight

If anyone wants any of them - just lemme know. I just bought Wing's of Fortune: Book 1 - Pirate's Gold. After I'm done reading it - I'll tear it apart and convert it to Kindle format (unless someone has it available for download already.) ;)

I'd be really interested, I have the Kindle app on my droid and would enjoy reading these during the commute. Is there a link?

Cool - I'll upload them this weekend and post the links on this thread.

BTW - I just finished converting Spicy Air Tales: First knights... next will be Spicy Air Tales: Charlie Steele and the Menace in the Mountains.

Kindle should be able to read the original .pdfs most e-readers can anyway.

When in .pdf format, you can't adjust the font size. Many of the .pdf's I've added to my Kindle are just plain unreadable (unless I zoom in on a section of the page - and that's just plain annoying.)

I did not know that!

Thanks for your efforts, while I do not currently have an eReader, that or a tablet, is on my wish list for this year. . .

No problem - just thought I'd show some of my appreciation towards some of the Spicy Tales authors and do my best to try to keep Crimson Skies fiction from being left behind. ;)

I personally never thought in a million years that I'd EVER get a Kindle (or eReader). Until one day I started moving boxes out of one of my rooms in my house to the garage and noticed that they were extremely heavy and took up a lot of room... and contained nothing but books that I had read. It was at that point, I decided that I needed to get rid of them (selling on eBay or gave to my friends) - and couldn't believe how much space I now have in my garage! (And I still have most of those books - but now on my Kindle.) LOL

BTW - here's my latest conversion...

Crimson Skies: Spicy Tales - Stripped of Honor
DivShare File - Crimson Skies - Stripped of Honor_6C7C5CA.prc
