CS-Artwork

Postby lupo » Tue Jun 08, 2010 10:01 am

So...

I'm new to this forum, so first a "Hello" to everybody around...I'm from Germany, a big CS-Fan (FASA) since the release around 2000 and just discovered, that there is an active CS-Forum (as it is hard to find other Players over here in Germany to talk...) ...actually I also just found out, that there are so many supplement-books, before I only new about one and only the "Basic Game" was released here (I've just ordered some of the supplement books in english, at least some of them I could find...) ...however...as Crimson Skies has always been my very fave SciFi-Universe since 2000, I started writing on some short-stories (german only) and also created some artwork, wich I would like to present you over here...hope you like it and maybe it will inspire you or whatever...comments welcome...(I hope, this is the right board to show 'em...)

first one is Heather "Black Sheep" O'Brian, the wingwoman of my fave Pilot Jack "Hangman" Bonnet, leader of the "Dead Jesters" Privateer-Gang...can you imagine a better company for a cold "after-flight-beer"?

Image

second one is Hangman himself in front of his J2 Fury "Queen of Spades"...best plane in game IMO...tried to make it look like a portrait foto from these days...

I' m working on something new, will post it, when finished...

Wow! Fantastic work, and welcome to the forum! Not being much of an artist myself, I'm always jealous of those with the talent.

whoa, nearls forgot...

some years ago I did a little "just for fun"-photoshot with a friend of mine...she is quite a good photographer, but we somehow lost touch...I was a little younger and my beard a little longer

however, she gave the pic a little "sepia-look" and added these planes...would be better, if it would be flight of Furys oder Devastators but still the shot was planed as something crimson-skies...

btw: I'm drawing something for my cs-collection right this moment...
