Spotted this Ral Partha CS model in my local game store a while back, though I never got round to doing anything with it.

I understand the stats for it are a little tricky to get hold of, but I'm curious as to what the story is behind this aircraft?

It's been a long time since I read it, but the Misericorde is from "Spicy Air Tales, Volume One" in the story "Fortune's Hunt". As best as I can recall, there is only one surviving prototype Misericorde in the story, the only other having been destroyed, but it is implied that Pro-Unionist forces will eventually be able to make more.

Misericorde Game Stats

Nose: 40

Wings Trailing: 30

(2) 50 Cal, Forward, 400lbs each
(2) 30 Cal, Forward, 150lbs each
(2) Nitro Injectors, 25lbs each

It just looked a little TOO faky and cartoonish for me :| I have a miniature and the stats but I don't think I'll ever use it.

The Misericorde was everything bad about the later Crimson Skies artwork in one package.
Silly, cartoonish, and utterly unrealistic.

I reject every canon design that doesn't look at least like it could almost fly for real.

I recently saw an image of a plane called the "Lockheed Silver Phantom" credited from a Spicy Air Tales story. Are there any stats for that published? (It looked like a miniature flying wing.)

EDIT: Nevermind, found it on another site. Thanks anyway!
