OK now a test mini, I liked the result but I think it does not work for a unit. I've come to refer to it as the "Black Knight"

This is my concept for my ISA squadron, the Steel Eagles. I took my inspiration from the "bare metal" look of some of the WW2 USAF squadrons.

Finally, the final scheme for the Sea Wolves. I had put it on the forum some time ago but here it is shaded and varnished.

A Hornet from the ROAF. I must say that I like painting this type of camouflage scheme since it is forgiving to the untalented.

Thank you guys.

For the shadowing I got to share the credit with "liquid talent" (i.e. GW washes) it goes a long way in making the details like the exhausts and the guns stand out.

For the roundels, this is purely I-93. I struggle to place them correctly, I cannot imagine how bad it would be to try to paint them.... :shock:
