Re: Cheap CS planes at miniaturemarket

I bought, like, 15 sets back when a game store was clearing out old stock- got em for $3 a piece.
I can't even remember which ones I bought- but I did get a few of the rare ones.

Re: Solicitation: Data Entry

What are we missing guys?
I have EVERYTHING - the box set, Manhattan, Pride, Veil, Blake's, the Manual and Gazetteer.
I can spend a little time trying to get them down... I know the Gazetteer is a bit rare.

Re: Happy New Year!

Our group isn't into Munchkin- though I love it and my wife and I play on occasion. I also like GMing Gamma World (D&D 4e version) for her solo. I've cannibalized a few 2600s to keep this one working over the years. Want it to be working when I decide to have kids so they can see how far we've c...

Warbirds RPG

Has anyone here looked into Warbirds? It's really an excellent little game, and does a lot to capture the pulp feel of Crimson Skies. The world is well-developed- though not really that convincing- but is really just a thin veneer overlaid on an excellent system for fast and furious air combat. Conv...

Happy New Year!

Looking back on 2013... Nothing new in sight in the Crimson Skies, but I have discovered Warbirds and am really liking it as an alternative to our favorite air combat game. I also got a new job in a hospital, getting me out of geriatrics and into the world of 'real nursing.' This also taught me that...

Three words, guys...
WORLD OF TANKS.

World of Warplanes, alas, is strongly lacking in appeal.

Designing a Fictional Warship - A Learner's Guide

For all those of you who wonder how I became interested in the designing of ships, I submit the following sites and material for your consideration. The first is a website that focuses in a VERY serious manner on the drawing of actual, proposed, and fictional warships in a standardized style on a st...

Re: Confederate Naval Vessels

More now that I have time. Cerberus was one of the most inovative vessels of her day. She was a powerfully armed ship with excellent armor protection and free of all need for th wind to fight. She and the other breastwork monitors of the Victorian era are among the most important ships that no ones ...

Re: Confederate Naval Vessels

She is in most desperate need of a drydock or she'll wind up like the Cerberus down in your part of the world. Wow  I am utterly amazed that you even knew about her! Unlike other places across the globe, when an old warhorse nears the end of her life we tend not to fully scrap them. If a shi...
