Re: Crimson Skies bord game as online game

The Tabletop Simulator reminds me of the holographic "chess" game that Chewie and R2D2 played on the Millenium Falcon, remember? "Let the Wookie win"

Re: The Adventures of the 19xx (A CS lookalike!)

Lady Sabre & the Pirates of the Ineffable Aether is a really good steampunk webcomic with all the icons, including zep's and air pirates. You'll be interested in the comics around this mark!

Re: The Adventures of the 19xx (A CS lookalike!)

Yes, they're on book three now. I notice you can buy them as hardcopies as well. An enterprising writer / artist duo could clean up with the CS IP

The Adventures of the 19xx (A CS lookalike!)

Just dropping by to point out something I just found that you guys would probably appreciate, a dieselpunk web comic created by Paul Roman Martinez... ...not long after the end of the Great War, those who were capable of hearing it, received a revelation… another Great War was coming. This coming wa...

This thread popped up on gamedev.net hey guys, As the topic above indicates, With a whole generation now gone by, I'm astonished that there has been an official sequel or at the very least a remake of Crimson skies, a title first released on the PC and followed up by the High Road to Revenge install...

This video may be of use; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YcLBkUOB7I Admittedly tis about flying boats but it does touch upon aviation in Interwar Australia. Damn! Those were beautiful machines! I vaguely remember seeing a Sunderland on Sydney Harbour and I remember that one of our instructors on m...

Re: Aussie Pirate Innovators

Great background Fox! I've always though that a three way split would suit Australia better. Victoria has always been marginally more republican than NSW, so I can see them and Tassie forming a block against NSW, Canberra and South Australia. Queenslanders *might* align with either side as the wind ...

Re: Is the time right for another console game?

That's interesting, I agree with you both. I love aps mainly because of the portability and cost (or lack thereof!). I don't play games on my phone or tablet though: are the gyroscopic attitude controls as responsive as a gamepad?
